Star Wars: The Price of Liberty Too
Inside Intelligence/Storm Trooper Leader
Davin joined the Empire when he was really young. However, he regretted his decision almost as son as he made it. He was sent to Carida, the toughest Imperial Training Facility in the Galaxy. Even though he was uncomfortable there he excelled and was the highest decorated cadets in the history of the institution. But he made an error by pointing out a design flaw in the Imperial Walker. The Commandant of the school had a hand in its design and that put young Davin on the wrong side. After graduation from the facility instead of the promising career he was on track for, he was assigned to a Storm Trooper Unit going nowhere. But fate was kind to him. He liked what he was assigned to do until one day his squad leader ordered him to murder some innocent people for what seemed to him nothing more than being in the wrong place at the wrong time. The people had witnessed nothing they shouldn’t have. Were not causing any problems. Generally were just enjoying a walk through the city. The day continued that way when he was ordered to kill other innocents. The innocents fought back and he took advantage of the situation and shot/killed his squad leader. Making sure no one was a witness. He knew from that time on he would leave the service. However, there was a witness, one of the innocents saw what he had done. He was contacted by them and they met. He was convinced the moment he was introduced. He would remain in service and rise through the ranks to feed intel to Whiplash (which in this timeline had grown beyond Imperial Center).
